Creative Ways to use this product

The preschool years are wonderfully imaginative. The Tooth Fairy comes in the night gathering lost teeth and replacing them with money. The Easter Bunny hides colorful eggs to hunt. We all have bad habits. Your child does too. Get Tot to help you work on some of these before it is too late. Here are a few examples of how Tot can help:

Brushing Teeth

Have Tot say, Your mom tells me you know how to brush your teeth. Is that true? Can I watch? Then, when you child is done, have Tot praise your child. Good job, I don't think you missed a tooth!

Getting Dressed

Have Tot say, I understand you can get dressed all by yourself now. Is that true? Can I see you do that? Then, when your child gets dressed without your help, have Tot praise your child. Good job, I've never seen you do that!


Putting Toys Away

Have Tot say, Your Dad tells me that you put away your toys when you are done playing with them. Is that true? Are you done with these? Can I watch you put them away?

Sharing With a Visiting Friend

Have Tot say to your child BEFORE their friend visits, your friends tell me that you are good at sharing your toys. Is that true? Can I stay and watch? You might have Tot ask your child, Are there any toys that are difficult to share? If so, ask your mom to put these away because you've got lots of other great toys to share with your friend. Then, elicite Tot's help to settle any dispute that might arise.
