My Kidz Got Style offers the following Shipping and Return Policies:
Payment: We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Fees: Maryland residents must pay 5% sales tax. Some items, because of their weight and size, may incurr additional freight charges. Buyer will be responsible for all additional freight charges. Additional shipping charges are applied to all rush orders. Residents of Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Hawaii must contact us for shipping information. Insurance is automatically included in the shipping charges.
Shipping: We will ship internationally. We will do our best to find the most cost effective rate for your packages. All rates are USD. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASE TO FIND OUT SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES!!!!!
Delivery: Processing takes 1-3 business days. Merchandise is generally shipped within 1-7 business days after processing; however, at times, a slight delay may occur. Some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery (standard delivery).
Refunds & Returns: If an item is received in damaged condition, buyer may exchange the item. In order to exchange, the buyer must contact us, via phone or email, immediately upon receipt of damaged item to receive a returned item approval number (RAN). The damaged item must be returned to us within seven days -- in its original, undamaged packaging, with tags still attached, if applicable. If an item is out of stock or discontinued at the time off your exchange, you will be offered a full refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In reference to apparel, please make sure you select the proper size before ordering. If you need help with sizing, etc., please contact our customer service department for assistance.
Items are in stock at the time they are listed. If an item happens to be out of stock after you have made your purchase (meaning the manufacturer is out of stock), you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to wait for your item or receive a full refund. If after you've placed your order you wish to cancel it, you must notify us immediately. Once processing has begun, you will not be able to cancel. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders. Unless there is an obvious error on our part, custom designed items are non-refundable.
Warrenties: Please follow the manufacturers instructions for all warrentied merchandise.
